Bedrijfsleider (Hospitality Manager)

We're looking for a Hospitality Manager. Bleyenberg is on a journey of becoming THÉ hotspot in The Hague for work, inspiration & FUN, and we need your help to get there.

Fulltime

A day in the life of a Hospitality Manager

You start the day with a cup of coffee, because Bleyenberg really has the best coffee in The Hague. With your coffee in hand, start going through the daily schedule of our fantastic rooftop bar and our “canteen”, the restaurant on the ground floor.
You then do a quick check of the building whether everything is in order for this week and you consult with the floor managers about the commitment of the day. Just before lunch, you also have a meeting with your colleague, the Meeting & Events manager. You go through the day so that you are aligned with what to expect.
Lunch time! Our chefs will give you a delicious Bleye lunch and at the same time you can have a nice chat with your colleagues about what they are doing.
With new energy you check which applications have come in and what the figures were from last week. The rooftop just fell short of its targets, so you make a list of ideas to tackle this week.
You check the dinner reservations and see that it is going to be very busy. Because a new employee starts tonight, you make sure that your floor manager knows what is expected of her, so that you can leave this to her and you can keep an overview of the rest of the building. Every day you ensure that your team can get the best out of itself, including you!
